Beyond very poor service. There is no chain involved in my conveyancing and this should have been sorted quickly - it is now FIVE months since in instructed SAS Daniels- communication is non-existent. Incredibly disappointing. I am still awaiting an exchange of contract date and it would appear I will be lucky to complete this side of Christmas.
I would not recommend this firm. Aggressive and all they care about is their fees. I was instructing for divorce, I suddenly found myself in a difficult financial situation.(Which my solicitor was fully aware) . Part payments of my bill were met with strongly worded emails. Was never phoned to speak about payments/payment plan. Further emails of charging interest. Invoices were just a week or 2 old. Complete disconnect in relation with solicitor. Having paid my bill in full, I was being reminded of prompt payment for future invoices. Enough is enough!!!
Not what you need at an already difficult period of your life.
Louise was extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole process and was always available to assist me with any concerns.
I would highly recommend Charlotte at SAS Daniels. She helped us to sell our property and was incredibly clear, responsive and personable throughout. Having been through the buying process a couple of times recently it s hard to find a solicitor who s reliable but we felt in safe hands with Charlotte. Thank you!

AVOID USING THIS FIRM. SAS Daniels are acting for the buyer of our house. All parties agreed and communicated a date for exchange and completion (through their solicitors and agents). SAS stopped communicating with all of the parties (including their own client!) and the date has now passed without explanation. The entire chain is now held up. Deposits on removals have been lost. All attempts from estate agents and legal advisors to move this matter forward have been met with silence. Totally unprofessional. There's plenty of firms offering conveyancing services, I would strongly advise against using SAS Daniels.
