Good experience. Process running smoothly and pleasant communication.

It was really hard to get information from them and interact with them. They scheduled 2 viewings for me in different areas 30 mins apart, which didn't provide me enough time to get to the second place. Although I emailed them letting them know I was on my way due to the commute, the agent was a bit rude. The agent was also not super helpful during the process, and generally super impatient answering questions. In comparison to other agencies and agents I interacted with, which were many, in Amsterdam during my mad search for an apartment in a tough market, I have to give them a low rating.

We got to view several properties via WhatsApp video calls, which was perfect at this time especially since we were moving from abroad. Erwin was very helpful and told us what we need to know about the rental market and moving to Amsterdam. We now have an amazing 2 bed on the water and Erwin was flexible with our arrival, since he has kept us in the loop regarding inventory and other things. All in all a great experience made moving countries very straightforward.

I recently purchased an apartment that was managed by JLG on behalf of the seller. The viewing appointment was set up promptly within a few hours of filling the form on their website. The viewing appointment was with Dimitry who was very helpful and patient in showing me the apartment. Most Makelaars in Amsterdam will try and squeeze as many viewings as possible and hound you out the front door, but that was not the case here. The bidding process and buying process went extremely smoothly and JLG were extremely responsive and professional. When I eventually sell my apartment, I will engage JLG's services no doubt !

As Italians that we have to move to Amsterdam in a few weeks, at the beginning of this month, we were looking online, from Italy, for an apartment where to go to live. When we found one, perfect for location, dimension and rent cost, it was managed by JLG Real Estate. We contacted them and immediately they replied us. We organised the visit in the apartment with FACETIME after few days and after that, we decided to go to live there. We signed the contract online by email and now we have an apartment! This morning a local friend of us, went to do the handover (we will move in a week) with our agent and to keep the keys: we've already received a complete CHECK report including all the pictures of the apartment. It's not the first time that we rent an apartment, and not only in Italy, but it's the first time that we have found such professional, fast, helpful and precise agents. Absolutely recommended!
