Sunday brunch at Sarova Panafric Flame Tree Restaurant Sushi Section.
This is one of the historical best hotel in the city, it has the best reputation for the best services it offers and it changes with time as the current hospitality market it's one of it's kind.
Good hospitality and we'll organized staff what knows their work
Came for an event...great food and impeccable service!
It's a unique an exclusive place and breathtaking I would like to visit it over and over again
In this cold weather in Nairobi this has to be best place to be...awesome location in the heart of Nairobi..Big ups Sarova Panafric
Exemplary staff, relaxing environment with a good view of Nairobi town and timely orders.
Spend one night recently on a short notice -an emergency. Reception guys were very accommodating and did not insist on payment as it was a bit complicated. Allowed me to check in and take my time to sort out the payments. The rooms were just the right size, clean, comfy beds. Good breakfast. Good service.
Ideal for conferencing around valley road area, can accommodate small to large groups and their service is always excellent. One the favourite CME venues for health care practitioners.
Good hotel, good rooms, good friendly staff. Good food
I have attended many events and meetings here and the service has always been above board except for lack of water in the male washrooms at the poolside restaurant recently, maybe because of the ongoing renovations.
Nice, convenient for conferences
Warm, professional attendant services.
Friendly entrances for people living with physical disabilities.
Amazing place to be. Good food, welcoming staff and beautiful rooms. Heaven on earth. Good job keep up. I loved everything about Sarova.
Was a good hotel for a short stay. There is 2 restaurants which offers food thats okay. Nothing amazing. The one restaurant offers a buffet which is good. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff is friendly.
Enjoyed good conference facilities and amazing food
A very convenient hotel to stay in if you are visiting Nairobi. It is not 5 star but the rooms are clean and presentable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It is a bit noisy as it is located off one of the cities main highways. If you intend to stay from the end of 2018 and thought 2019 make note that the hotel is undergoing a major renovation so the pool, a restaurant and two wings of the hotel are closed, so you may want to consider one of the groups other hotels.
The patio was an excellent sitting. The staff was very professional. Breakfast and lunch buffet was good. I would visit the hotel again
