Profesionalism 0, neputinta, comunicare slaba.

TLDR: Mi-au reparat laptopul si este cu 40% mai prost ca inainte.
Aveti mare grija, este un service shady.

Mi-au schimbat o placa de baza arsa, asteptarile erau ca performantele sa fie aceleasi ca placa de baza initiala, insa au pus altceva pe el. Mi-au spus specificatiile insa nu au precizat ca performanta va fi afectata. Am aflat singur cand am ajuns acasa.
Ei se asteapta ca tu sa fii expert la randul tau si sa stii toate specificatiile de pe piata.Nu si-au cerut nici macar scuze. Au spus ca placa poate fi returnata doar daca furnizorul vrea si ca nu o sa insiste cu mailurile pentru ca " ar fi enervant". Oamenii dau vina pe client si nu isi asuma nimic, ca si cum clientul ar trebui sa stie singur sa isi rezolve problema.

Costurile au fost 3900 lei pentru o placa de baza cu AMD Ryzen7 4800 NVDIA 1650 4GB, in conditiile in care un laptop nou cu aceste specificatii costa aceiasi bani, sau mai putin.

Laptopul meu avea pe el Ryzen9 5800 NVDIA RTX 3060 6GB


De asemenea oferta initiala era 3500 de lei pentru acest procesor, ea devenind 3900 pentru un AMD Ryzen7 5800, dar ei au pus specificatiile de 3500 de lei si mi-au luat 3900. Nu am primit diferenta inapoi.
