Sapp bros travel centers inc. Review

Older Sapp Bros in desperate need of some updates.

Washers and dryers are old and the dryers do not dry on one cycle. No way to add more time like the newer dryers in most truck stops, so you have to pay for another full cycle.

Restaurant food is decent, but the service is horrible. Waiters and waitresses need additional training. Was overcharged and the waitress had no clue how to fix it. I paid the bill and kept the receipt. Went in the next day (I was on a 34 hour restart) and the waitress on day shift couldn't fix it either. She had to call her manager who said he would fix it whenever he came in next.

Showers are outdated and pretty much nasty compared to any modern truck stop, as well as every other Sapp Bros I've been to across the country.

They do have quite a bit of truck parking, if, you don't mind walking across one or two busy streets to get to the main building.

All in all, I can not recommend this particular Sapp Bros. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Council Bluffs, which is only about 15 minutes away.

I was charged for work that didn't need done. $231 for $81 part, and $200 for labor. Because Terry didn't take 3min to test the coolant sensor prior to doing the work, the original part works fine...now my fan wont shut off, my fuel mpg is down. Andmoney spent on nothing... filing a complaint with the Attorneys General office.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in any type of business ever. Do not buy propane from these clowns. I switched to ferrell gas and pay $.35 more per gallon just to not have to deal with these idiots

Without going into great detail...Not a great company to work for. I think they should take a long hard look at management. They show no loyalty to their veteran employees. As far as the travel center goes....If there were negative stars, I'd give them that.

Restaurant needs great help.
Service poor, food worse. Move on to bether facility. Test restaurant lacks standards .

the guy cashier was so rude,and disrespectful he shouldnt be working in this place.

Spend 449.00 can't even wash my Windows all frozen can't put the no freeze fluid in buckets and very rude. Blond hair lady big build and very rude. Was not a manager..just a cashier..I'm finished with this one. Never again will I stop here.never all frozen at Percival ia and very kind guess I will start spending my money at the compeditor in this area.

WASTE OF TIME TO CALL THEIR HELP DESK CUSTOMERS SERVICE SUCKS.

If you want to spend tons of money NOT to get your semi fixed, than this is the place to go. They had out semi for four days to fix the semi. They charged us over $1000 in parts and labor only to tell us they still haven't fixed the problem. They break parts which were find just so they have to put new parts on. Don't know have they can sleep at night knowing they are ripping hard working people off. Not only will we NEVER go through. We will duo our best to ensure no one else that we know in the trucking industry does either!
