This is a whole scam, i ordered a dress from an exhibition which they delivered so late that i couldn't even wear it to the occasion. Secondly the dress was not upto the measurements that they had taken. I asked it to be a 1 piece dress they sent me a two piece instead. Thirdly i paid them extra amount to get the embroidery design for which they cheated me. They took my money but didn't add the embroidery.
If you want to save your money please don't buy anything from them.
I reported all my problems and asked for compensation they didn't even care to provide customer care. Terrible quality and products.

In response to the below comment by the "owner" Look at the audacity of this owners response. Clearly not a business woman. I clearly wrote COMPENSATION REQUIRED. You blocked my 18 thousand rupees for almost a month, your irresponsible team took 15 days to respond to the matter. And what human error are you talking about , you sent me a wrong product and you and your team are not ready to accept the fault. This is customer harrasment. I was required to wear that dress to a function which i couldn't because you and your team are a bunch of IRRESPONSIBLE AND INSUFFICIENT employees. Get better attention to your customer service team. You ruined my occasion, you ruined my money and now that i ask for a monetary compensation you think that is a vague request?
Again the worst product, they will waste your time and money and harras you. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Because they are clearly not looking at the issue part. And all the other reviews are either paid, because there are so many complaint reviews on Google and they haven't responded to any. TERRIBLE COMPANY, don't buy anything.

Simply loved the collection!! Thank you for the lovely outfit. You'll were kind enough to take my order on urgent basis during Eid and received the order just in time. Got too many compliments waiting to see latest collection at your next exhibition

A completely unprofessional company. Pls do not offer any advance to them , since there is no guarantee that you will get the dress on time or you will get it all. No one will pick up the call or answer any requests.

My engagement dress fitted me perfectly. I loved the design and style. Even though I wasn't physically present for the fitting, it was stitched very well. I highly recommend Sapna's design studio.

One of the best designers I have come across.They have got amazing styles and patterns.Just received my dress and gotta say the fit is phenomenal.Keep up the great work

I also had a very bad experience and wish I read the below post before buying from them. First they delivered 2 days late after I called a hundred times for the items and then they made it completely wrong. The color and size were totally off. They basically gave the clothes that was in their workshop. They are complete frauds and should never go to expos. They just want people s money and don t deliver. So awful please don t waste your time and buy anthing from them.
