The rooms are good, the staff are friendly, the hotel is big, the facilities are complete, the view is nice, beautiful, the prices are relatively appropriate, the breakfast is varied, pretty good, the hotel is close to Sanur beach, close to food, satisfying overall.

Lovely place to stay in Sanur. The hotel has a shuttle to the centre of the city, but also to the shoppinh mall. The hotel offers a taxi service, easy to take if you are planning to sightseeing the island Bali. A lot of choices at the breakfast buffet. There are two restaurants, one who offers chinese food and the other one has a western style menu. Visited this hotel mid novembre, not too busy, great vibes and nice stay at the pools if you want to relax.

This is a really great hotel, from which you can almost anything to spend an adventurous or relaxing holiday. Have dared to rent a scooter and explore the area. If you do not want that, you can also drive cheap. The hotel is very clean, air conditioned, everyone is super nice and absolutely helpful. English is spoken by default.

The hotel is old and dated. The first room I was assigned 439 had a very old and dirty toilet. I requested for a room change. The toilet in the next room, 210 is renovated and new.

the location is close to Kuta beach, and the legendary Mak Beng restaurant, can be reached on foot. the room seems to be quite old but still maintained. however, I hope there will be an improvement (renovation) in the future, considering that we often use this hotel for meetings and seminar activities.

Hotel is stunning! Green and lush with a unqiue pool. Food is excellent and staff all friendly. Great for families. The suite is huge! Love it. Will stay again.

The ballroom is big. Suitable for organizing the International symposium. But it looks like the building looks outward needs renewal and renovation.
