Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel & Suite Review

The hotel includes old hotels in Bali. But the cleanliness of the room is ok. For breakfast it's delicious. The place is ok for staying in the travel business. The pool is a nice clean fan

Nice entrance, but you don't find the same luxury in the rooms! Clean bedroom but simple, a tiny bathroom, endless corridors. No balcony, not even a chair in the corridors or a place to dry your beach towel. Not very well located, beach at 450m, there are cheaper hotels on the beach, with bigger rooms and excellent service. Not worth the price...

Terrible, a hotel without a balcony and no possibility to open a window !!

Consistently very friendly staff, even if there were special requests
Rooms nice, modern and beds comfortable ... in the bathroom there was a rain shower ... unfortunately the bathrooms on the ground floor were not renovated, with a very old shower head and there was a musty smell in the bathroom
Pool very nicely located and well tempered
Breakfast buffet was fine ... the fresh eggs, fresh pancakes and freshly cut fruit of your choice were very good

Great location near Sanur beach. Breakfast is great, very clean hotel with nice pool. Stayed 10 nights here with 5 elderly family members and they loved it.

Beautiful hotel. Very calming atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and they always try to help you to the best that they can. The spa has a very nice balinese message which is highly recommended. There is also a shuttle service that take you to the main street with all the lovely restaurants,shopping mall and private beach.

The stay was a nice experience with friendly people and great food. The beach is at a walking distance which is an added bonus.

Close to the beach and Mak Beng, however they don't have direct access to the beach. Comfy room and very friendly staffs.

Hitel is good, rooms have a lot of problems with hot air lights often die.

The breakfast was very good lots of choice,Its super super super and I cant wait to return!!!

We had time to take a 3-day seminar at this hotel. For old hotels the layout in the middle is well organized. only according to me reception is less friendly to local tourists

I cannot say anything negative about the hotel and the staff - fantastic all the way. Only comment is about the location which is sadly not the best - it's ok, safe enough just not near beach / restaurants

Good place to have a huge number of people engaged in one event

I visited Prime Plaza Hotel only for poster competitions and seminars. The place is good, only the entrance of the vehicle is confusing because there are no directional signs to enter, the direction of parking, and the exit direction. The toilet I used in this hotel was a little dirty and the key was broken.

Old hotel but facilities still awake ... cool and comfortable

Had 2 nights stay and that's feel awesome. Good breakfast and comfy bed. Clean room. Was attending a sport seminar there and had a great time!

The pool is fun and lots of Caucasians are sunbathing. If you get a room that ends you have to walk far enough to your room ...

Make sure to request a room not far from the elevator

The check-in process is a bit complicated. I have paid a deposit per transfer and it turns out that the time of arrival has not been recorded.
