i just wondered if the lady sheriff had 3 deputies on the streets leave a man on the ground in his own crap and vomit, because they had just beat him dead; would she be just as shocked and appalled. This kind of nonsense that happened in her jail just a few short month ago has GOT TOO STOP. This kind of behavior by the leo's and jailors is happening all over this country. What has happened with our police in the U.S.and where in the world do they find these thugs. Darryle W

Went in for ink fingerprints and had a great experience. Despite a bit of a wait time (which is expected), the staff was helpful and friendly. Thanks to Jayson who was both professional and kind throughout!

I should say my big cheers to the Santa Clara Sheriff department, in one word I am supremely satisfied with the service they provided to my family. In two of our recent crisis moments ,they came on time (within few minutes of me calling them) and the way they made us feel safe and secured , it is worth mentioning . I can't stop myself writing this review and they deserve every bit of our appreciation. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart !

It's a police department. They told me where to go and it was correct. I accomplished what I needed to do. Very satisfied. Carry on.

The law does not override the constitutional rights of citizens. You can t fine people for being in a location. I will make sure all those fines are dismissed. A virus does not override the constitution.

I was arrested by your dept in March 2018 and the deputies were extremely professional and ensured my safety during transport to jail. I only wished other departments would emulate your practices. Upon my next family vacation to San Jose in 2019, I hope I don't get arrested again (probably not, sold the Hellcat) but, if I do...I would look forward to the booking process...it was fun. The 183 MPH fine on 101 was not too fun.

This review is for the West Valley substation:

I was stopped and assaulted by a man dressed as a construction worker. He shattered my windshield and did over $2500 in damage to my car and gave me a concussion. If my car door didn't stop him he would have broken bones in my face.

Naturally the police were called and when they showed up they immediately accused me of racing and instigating this attack. I was under the speed limit the entire time and this was the first time I had ever been in the city let alone that road. Long story short, when I followed up with a detective J. Locke a month later he laughed at me when I asked if any progress had been made in finding the man that assaulted me and vandalized several cars.

Apparently "protect and serve" is a foreign concept to the police in West Valley Cupertino.

Today was the first time I went to the sheriff department in milpitas
And my experience was excellent, the lobby officer who was working today 11/8/2020 at 1:15 pm was very kind and in the Esteban parking lot two women and a man also workers from the same place and they were very kind.
For people like them, we have to respect them and always follow the indications they indicate.

The hiring process for the Santa Clara Sheriff's Department is a joke ...The RTO's in the cadet program are known to discriminate against minorities or simply based on appearance or because of their ethnic background ... Look into RTO's Overlander and Gonzalez along with other buddies ... Targeting certain cadets ... Making it impossible for them while making easy for the favorable ... Really choosing who passes and fails ... Lying on cadets scenarios pass or fail results ... The Santa Clara Sheriff's Department is staffed with racist discriminative RTO's ... There are few honest officers ... But who don't speak up for fear of being targeted ...
