Incompetent at best and should be replaced after their prosecution for negligent homicide as a result of misinformation propagated on flood risk of January 9 in Montecito. They used the fire risk map for mandatory evacuation rather than the flood risk maps (FIRMs) that showed higher risk along creeks in lower Montecito
2:34am Vague Civil Emergency Alert, Evacuate Now: Tsunami? Mudslides? Earthquake? Missiles? What a hot mess. Get it together. Never received alert saying "correction, don't evacuate" or what civil emergency is or isn't.
