Found them online, took a chance and bought the Organic Dark Chocolate. I've tried pretty much every dark chocolate on the market and this is the best dark chocolate I've found. I was blessed to get some of Santa Barbara Chocolates for my birthday. It is totally addictive like when you popcorn, just can't stop loving it. Unlike most chocolates their's is very good, tasty,rich & creamy and flavor is awesome. It tastes quality.

I never knew high quality chocolate until now! Simply amazing how much better chocolate can be. My favorite is the Manjo Reserve I ordered. They were extremely fast responding to my order and even shipped it out on the same day for a flat rate! It came nicely packaged with ice! I feel like they care about their customers as well as their chocolate. I have finally found a place to get high quality chocolate with high quality service.

I love Santa Barbara Chocolate s unsweetened chocolate chips. I have tried multiple brands of unsweetened chocolates, and Santa Barbara stands out like a star. It isn t bitter. It has a natural sweet overtone. It is incredibly smooth and mixes in well in recipes. I took a chance without having ever tasted it and ordered 22lbs. I was shocked by the amazing quality of the chips. I ordered again when I finished the first box, and when my package was stolen from my porch, Santa Barbara very kindly replaced it. My friends and family love this chocolate as well. It really does taste good enough to eat by the handful, I prefer to make cakes and homemade chocolate with it. Santa Barbara really raised my chocolate standard. I don t think I will ever be content buying a different brand.

Their Organic Cocoa Powder is amazing! The students in our Culinary Art Department have been able to cook up the most mouthwatering Brownies, Cakes and other delicious treats for everyone to enjoy! They have been able to expand their cooking abilities thanks to such a high-quality product.
Excellent chocolate and very responsive to email questions and special requests e.g. to ship chocolate out the following week due to cooler weather temperatures. They quickly responded to questions re: % cacao solids, etc.

I love their coconut blossom sweetened dark chocolate chips. No soy added which would ruin the taste. Not too sweet and pure dark chocolate. It is hard to find this quality of chocolate. I bought Organic Dark Chocolate and Vegan Belgian Dark Chocolate and oh my goodness, they are delicious!! I've made my own homemade dark chocolate almond clusters, dark chocolate peanut butter cups, and have made dark chocolate caramel apples and everyone that I've given some to loves the chocolate. I won't be being my chocolate anywhere else from now on!! p.s. I even sneak a few pieces when I'm craving a tiny taste and eat it straight from the bag!!! Delicious!!

Found Santa Barbara Chocolate when I was looking to upgrade my chocolate supply. Could't argue with how great of quality their products are along with wholesale pricing options.
On another note, I received excellent service and my orders (even when placed on weekends) ship very fast compared to other chocolate companies I have ordered from. Still can't believe they provide free shipping with free ice and insulation... that is typically a hefty expense!
Be aware of ordering during this season, my product arrived melted and they didn t give me any reasonable solution. You should not be selling a product you are not 100% sure is going to arrive in perfect conditions to the final destination. Is not my fault that we are in hot weather, it s your fault to sell something and be conscious that it could melt during the shipping. Some other companies that sell things as chocolate are not doing deliveries because they say it s too hot and they don t guarantee the product will arrive in good conditions.
You tell me that I can do temper chocolate haha really? I didn t buy this for doing temper chocolate, I bought it because I love chocolate chips.
And then they said that I have to enter the package home as soon as it was delivered and THATS EXACTLY WHAT I DID, the doorbell sound and I opened the door immediately, so it was NOT MY FAULT. If you go to the website of Lilys chocolate they have a text above their page that says they are not doing deliveries to certain areas because of the hot weather, very smart company; not like you that are not even able to answer my emails or give me a REAL SOLUTION rather than emailing your support department that NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAIL.

Their chocolate is great the best. Their customer service is not so great. I cannot reach them by phone and it takes forever for them to return an email. I don't know why they ever post a phone # because it directs you to email and you cannot leave a message.

I love baking with Santa Barbara Chocolate, my favorite is the Organic Unsweetened Chocolate Medallions, I can adjust the right amount of sweetness to my taste. It s organic and has this pure cocoa taste my family likes. The 70% Chocolate Medallions are always good for my baking projects also, eating these by themselves is yummy too.

The chocolate arrived quickly and in excellent shape. Everything was packed really well. The chocolates all tasted very fresh and of premium quality. The chocolate chips are perfect for baking, and the chocolate melts very well into a nice smooth consistency. Our first creation with the chocolate was double chocolate pancakes, and they turned out amazing.
