I hv pain issues due to mild health problems. Every week my Sanico driver helps me by bringing my pail to the curb, empties It & puts it in exact same spot. If they should happen to hv a substitute driver that misses my house, they come back same day or very next day for pick up! In all 6yrs I've had the same genuinely helpful service! I am honestly so appreciative of their constant help!!
Very inconsistent with service. I only produce one bag of trash a week. I was able to go with LMR Disposal who picks up weekly both trash and recycling and I was able to select a much smaller can saving me money.
you will see I gave them 5 stars a year ago. I guess a lot can happen in a year.
It took them 1 month to get me a recycling can! They have thrown out and cracked a couple of my own recycling cans. They have thrown out or lost my straps on my can and refuse to replace them. The thing is a person has to unhook the straps in order to throw out the garbage so I know they took them.. They have missed garbage pick ups and took days to pick it up after garbage day. Customer service is no help either :/
New to the area, never had a choice of providers. Cindie made the choice so easy. I can't believe how wonderful her customer care is. She made the extra effort in my case and I truly appreciate her assisting me in setting up my account. She is an asset for Sanico and customers lucky enough to deal with her.
Great customer service. Issue with service was rectified immediately and driver was willing to come back for pick up. Overall great service
Just got off the phone for the 2nd time today regarding our garbage which was not picked up.
Curt woman was virtually no help at all. Told me a "courtesy" pickup was set in their records, as if I had something to do with them missing our garbage, and that "someone" would eventually get around to it.
When I asked to be more specific...she essentially told me she had no idea...could be tomorrow, the day after that, or whenever.
Meanwhile, all of my neighbors garbage was picked up, just ours was missed for some reason.
This isn't the first time this has happened, but it might very well be the last time. I'll start searching for a replacement company asap.
No apology offered, and a curt, couldn't care less attitude from customer service, why would I stay with them?
She even told me to store my new garbage in bags by the curb. I guess she never heard of bears or angry neighbors.
I have been using these clowns for twenty years. Same BS. Random times and we cannot put the trash out because of the bear. The pre-madonna driver does not take card board unless its perfectly bundled...... WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!
Nice workers. My garbage man is the best. Always kind and helpful Ernie is his nam but also dad. Haha.
Last couple snows, they totally forgot to pick up on cedar lake rd. I understand they plow as well.... but for god sake, remember to do the pick ups as well. Their voice recording states (pick up will be the next day) NOT.........does not happen!!
