Sandtrap Lounge & Club Review

I don't understand the purpose of standing around the club smoking and singing trap music. I can do that at home. I understand that it's called the Sand Trap but damn. And literally people pay money to stand and face one direction and look at nothing but each other. I wanted to dance but the music wasn't "dancing" music and it felt unnatural because no one else was doing it.... which is weird because it is a club. It's also a full time job to try to get a drink out of the girls. And actually if they all wore distinctive and unison outfits it wouldn't be hard to realize which girls actually worked there. It's difficult to maneuver in and out of the building. I was trying to exit while a security guy was entering and he was yelling for me to move. If that's the case it should be separate doors for entry and exit. So basically this club is lame. It's not to have good time. It's for boring locals to go and impress each other because there's nothing else to do. They need to revamp this place!

The food was great. Happy hour is awesome more mixed age group

I work at the Cafe 5.0 next door to the Sand Trap.

My overall experience is it's a great place for everyone that like rap all the time , but for me I'm a different king of woman and I like mixtures of genres, so it's ok but will I come back maybe just have to see.

That Blue Hawaiian drink was on point. I will return very soon!!

My favorite place to go and unwind. Great food and drinks. The trap girls are beautiful and stay bringing you drinks. Its definitely a "must-go" place.

Too many young kids, smoke, and the rap music all night long was too much for me.

Waited nearly 2 hours for wings, they were cold not even room temp, I nearly choked on the cold undercooked fries, onion rings were cold also. Doesn't matter what flavor you order they all taste the same. The owner told me he would have my wings warmed up but that didn't happen. Food was delivered to the wrong table constantly. The waitresses looked lost and were nonchalant. A lot of people were returning their food. You have to be extremely intoxicated to eat here

Great club for the Albany area. Best club on Southwest Georgia....

We have good food, good drinks, good music, and a friendly staff. And its a great place to host birthday, wedding, anniversary, retirement parties etc.

Recently opened restaurant..food was really good..drinks were good but service was slow I think due to just opening but not too bad..not a place for large groups but has potential

2 dollar drinks on tuesdays, staff very friendly and attentive.

Its a really big club. The DJ was lit. And uts a cafe connected that stays open as long as the club does

The club is awsome but the DJ was wack this weekend. If he doesn't come back its definitely worth visiting.

I like the vibe and the ambiance in the club. I just wasn't particularly happy with the music the DJ played on the night that I went and drink service was pretty slow.
