If I could give them no stars I would. Hard to get ahold of or really to get them to do anything. I ve stopped by their office during their opened hours posted online and nobody s been there. Tried calling and you get an automated voice machine so you can t ever talk to a real person about anything. They don t seem to really care about their tenants, just that the rent is paid. I definitely would say they are not a great choice for real estate.

Always available when needed, quick response time, and 5-day pay period for rent. Went from leasing to buying, but if my circumstances demanded renting again, I would go through Sandstone. My landlord was Jonathan and he was great to work with, and his associates were helpful as well. 5/5!

Unsatisfactory..... prior to moving in I was told by John that the blinds which were broken would be fixed upon moving in and it was NOT once I contacted him he stated that they would be fixed the following day the day comes and the blinds where replaced but instead of new blinds I got used dirty ones and to top this off the tub was clogged from day one and here it is the second day and It s still not fixed so me and my family has to shower else where instead of in the place where we paid because the same dirt from the previous tenant remains in the tub.... GROSS but prior to the lease signing I received exceptable services I guess once they have your money your no longer a priority.....Horrible first impression

Awesome real estate group! Blake Roussel is a very personable agent that puts in the time to make sure you get a great deal and a great home! I would highly recommend Blake and this office whether you are looking to buy your first home or your 100th investment property.

For the past three years, my boyfriend and I have been tenants through Sandstone Real Estate Group with Jonathan Dobbins as our agent. We have been extremely pleased with their service and have been well cared for over the course of our time with them. Jonathan is extremely attentive and prompt in responding to any maintenance requests or questions we may have had about the property. Not only this, Jonathan always went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied with the results once our requests were completed.
