Great casino and very hospitable floor managers and pit bosses and dealers. Spent a few hours there and had a great time.

I really did like the casino. I stayed two nights at the casino hotel. Room was very clean.The casino is good but I would like to see better new slot games. Also would like to have at least one shop that stays open till late that would offer coffee and snacks being that I would have to go out the casino to fine something to eat besides burgers.I had a great time and hope to visit soon with my mom.

The Casino is very clean and they keep up with keeping it clean. They have a huge variety of slot machines with pretty good payouts and set up nicely for "social distancing" The employees are very nice and usually helpful although finding someone when you need help can a bit tough.
The food is good a bit pricey but pretty good. The restaurant's are easy to find and the wait time is never long. The food court has a good variety of places to eat.
The hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying there.

i had a wonderful time at wind creek. the hotel was superb. they took such good care of me. great staff. beautiful room. the casino and food was great. we will be coming back again

It was refreshing to see a large establishment fully engaged in safe and healthy protocols during the pandemic. Plan to visit fairly soon.

Thank you for still requiring masks! Thank you for caring about your patrons and your employees. This place will ALWAYS get my business over every other casino that removed all safety measures.

Very nice casino even in the pandemic... The greeters and the staff at the door that took your temperature were very polite and professional.. The gentlemen wiping down the slot machines as people finish with very nice and pleasant. This gentleman took pride in what he was doing I was sorry that I did not meet up with him when I cashed out to give him a tip... next time. There was no one in the bathroom wiping the counters and sink down. The cocktail waitress or waiters are rude...The machine said that they were bringing my drink, even showed a picture of the person that had your drink and i set there and watch them both gave my drink to someone else. . Then look you straight in your face and tell me that they will bring it on the next round. Smh 22 minutes later I receive a drink.. oh yes then it's a 30 minute wait for another drink. But hey it was an experience. Enjoyable but not impressed.. In a pandemic it's cool place to go if you want to drive an hour or less.

Let me start by saying we have stayed many times while the property was Sands. We had two rooms booked for a Saturday night. The pros- the property was very clean. Everything smelled clean. The shower in the room was awesome. The negative, no valet for the hotel now, the beds are terrible. They only give you essentially two sheets instead of a blanket. There is a huge construction project going on the property. Therefore all the bars on the casino floor are closed. You also can not get room service at this time. Unless you are a restaurant or at table or a machine- no alcohol. Also they start construction at 7 am on a Sunday?? Overall disappointing visit this time around. Maybe try again once everything is done. Until then Hotel Bethlehem will be our.next stay.
