I've seen Dr Nance for at least 10 years. He is absolutely excellent. He has seen me over the years for just maintenance, running injuries, headaches; you name it. He's adjusted my back, neck, hips, knees, ankles, wrist, toes and probably more. His understanding of the human body's work load and how each joint and muscle are affected by another is outstanding. He is highly communicative with the what and why of your care. You know what he is doing, why he's doing it and always offers advice on what to do in your day-to-day activities to be as well as possible in all aspects of your life. He is a doctor that is truly a partner in your health.
Doctors must also have excellent staff as well. They can make or break the experience. Valerie and Marie definitely make the experience. Valerie is always on her game and to watch her do what she does, helping patients, answering phones, scheduling, is really an art. Marie knows everything about insurance and billing. She'll take the time to walk you through options, what's best with your particular plan and following up. These two ladies are awesome! I wish every doctor had this kind of partnership in their building. They also have food and toy drives and other events that serve the community that we can participate in. The outpouring of donations in these events is really amazing to see.
