I have been enjoying San Diego Cryotherapy for a year and a half now. I definitely take advantage of my membership and try to get a treatment 6 days per week. I probably average 4 days per week. The staff, Andi, Bri, Ally, and Kim, is very friendly and treat me like family! I highly recommend coming in to meet them and enjoying one of the cryo treatments. Your body and mind will thank you.

Amazing experience all together. Great staff- great professionalism- right away I felt completely comfortable. At first I was wary, having never been voluntarily frozen :) - but after doing the sauna I felt amazing- definitely an unparalleled stress reliever. Slept amazing that night! Tried the facial & loved how relaxing it was. After testing it out several times ((I wanted to I see/feel the acclaimed health benefits for myself)) I jumped on the monthly membership plan. I wanted to see the proof for myself, & I definitely have! The facials have already helped clear my skin {I have lived with angry acne flare ups, but the facials have had an amazing calming effect on my skin!}. *Singing* "And then they froze my face- now I'm a believer..."

Facility was great and so was the staff. This rating is for the effectiveness of the whole body cryotherapy. Have heard about it for years and decided to try it out. I talked with the staff the entire time and said that s it?! When she handed back my robe. Take a cold shower instead

I went there for my first time. Been biking a lot and my legs were very sore. This place is really close to my house and I have been driving by it often so I decided to give it a try.
The staff was friendly. It only took a couple minute to get me going.
I was in the chamber before I knew it. Pretty cool actually. I felt great after the 3 minutes! I went riding that night again.
I liked it enough to sign up for a package deal. Way better than taking ice baths for 10-15 minutes. I would suggest giving it a go!!!
The staff and equipment here are wonderful and I really appreciated how they walk you through every step of the process. One thing that was a bit odd was that while in the chamber you can see the front door so the experience is a bit more public that one might wish. Other locations I have been to have multiple units with a door on each so it is more private.
First time trying this facility. Loved it. Very prompt, attentive and professional. Will be returning.
Awesome experience. It was fast, great service and I feel nice and fresh coming out of here. Definitely recommend to all who play sports, do body lifting, or just want to try something new to get a boost.
