No one ever answers the telephone. There is no method to communicate with someone the problems or difficulties with a park or other matters pertaining to this department. It is a disgrace that the city does not have any staff answering citizens calls! What a waste of tax payers monies!

During these city ordinances restaurants are allowed at 25% captivity? Yet the public cannot cookout at city parks with there family if last than 10 people are in family?????
