Got a concussion that resulted in a speech impairment. Because of this i am unable to work. Gave Doctor paperwork to fill out for a leave at work. Its been 8 days. I was told that i would be receiving a call this morning. Every time i call they dont pick up. I keep getting ignored. Not faxing that paperwork can get me fired. It is negligence. Dont waste your time here.
This is the third time that my daughter's dental appointment has been canceled, they do not notify you until the last moment that you are there, the appointments are scheduled in long periods this last time I had to wait for about two months and so they would not attend me this dental place is a mess with your schedule. the people who are in front of nothing professional.
definitely if you have a better place I recommend that you do not waste your time here.
I went there yesterday to get a covid test. They told me the results weren t conclusive so I had to take another. They set me down in a room and asked me to wait there and they d be back in 15. They never came back. I waited for 45 min before I walked out the room and realized that every single employee had left the building and went home. If I could give zero stars I would.
Dr Whitting, DDS is FABULOUS. She offers just the right amount of compassion tempered with a 'No BS' approach.
The staff has always been pleasant & knowledgeable; facilities clean & comfortable.
I come to Samuel rodgers for behavior health. And its terrible.... Ive been coming here for 3 years and only had one good psychiatrist and he is leaving. They gave me no warning about it either.... This place raises my anxiety and i never know what is going to happen when I get here. I have only been going here because I had no insurance. But I do now and I'm never coming back. The psychiatrist that I have had in the past were terrible and never really listened. I also did some counseling here and it wasnt great either... If you come here for behavior health make it your last resort. Oh and they also wouldnt send certain scrips to my pharmacy. So I would have to drive all the way out to Samuel rodgers pick up my lab results and take them to my pharmacy to get my meds. Its always a hassle when i come here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I love this place. I see Doctor Gutierrez, and I also see Doctor Pamela. They always take care of my needs. Best team ever @ Women's Health department you'll rock.
You can't ever get any results WHEN you get thru to someone. When you're able to leave a message it's never addressed that is when the voicemail isn't full. Dental leaves a little to be desired by the dentist was awesome!
Dr.Tillford, is a horrible Pediatrician, she is young and lacks the experience but pushes her knowledge. She does not listen to parental advocation and storms out when in disagreements with parental concern. If you love your child, choose another doctor.
I always get good experience at this place, they have been always nice to me. I have been all over the place here, pharmacy, adult and women care, child care, dentist, wic, blood test, ultrasounds when I was pregnant. I have been going there for more than 4 years now, never have a problem. They have been few times I had to wait more than 30 minutes in the women department but I don't mind it doesnt happen often. Every other place has been fantastic. Remember people will treat you, the way you treat them.
