Currently having One of the worst Building management (JLL currently) now, Senior Building Management official doesn't behave with the office bearer, changes rules frequently as per their own will, once of the worst building manager ever saw in my whole career. JLL being the best to be know have given staff to building Towers in B1-B4. I wish i could name shame the management but overall a worst building management.

This is certainly a good corporate tower to be called as the Mecca of start ups as there are many start ups and technology companies here. There are two towers with two wings each in between there are 8 elevators connecting from the basement upto level - 3. Parking is private and costs only 30 rs for 3 hrs. There are coffee shops including ccd and eatery in the ground floor and outside. The garden outside is managed well and there are benches to sit and relax. We also have shoppers stop in the main building at the entrance. The building is quiet prominent and is located on the main road itself and can be noticed from outside without any confusion. It is just next to Universal trade tower and just opposite JMD MEGAPOLIS building in Sohna Road.

Located in Sec 49. You can reach by metro, from Huda City Center drive to subhash chownk via local sharing autos that charge 10 rupees. And left to Sohna Road.
Total take 30 min to reach here.
You can ask for CD CHOWNK or Shopper STOP that is also at same place.t

A hub of corporates decent atmosphere an updated version of it parks

Nice corporate place for offices, with free parking space available on two underground levels and one paid for corporates

Not very good office , as the atmosphere is not good. Even building management is also not very effactive.

Good Office spaces. Well maintained. Good options for food. Anyone can sit on the benches in the outside area. Many options for food outside the premises.

Shoppers stop a big retail chain is located in one of the tower. It's always a good thing in corporate societies where shopping joints are also adjoining along as well. As people where they work can also shop for their daily needs.

Big bazar is also there in the adjacent mall along with a major eating joints like McDonald's and haldirams.

Nice place to work on, as you can easily find lots of staying options all around this place.

Best infrastructure for commercial utilization. It has adequate parking space. Well maintained, neat and clean environment.

This is a commercial building for office's, shops and restaurants. It's very close to Sohna Road, sector 48 and sector 49 Gurgaon. Nice place. Car parking is paid.

Have so many startup based companies with good food options like Mc'D , Domino's, Haldiram n ol

Very close to shuttle bus stand.
Area is same as every other place in gurgaon skyscraper and dust.
