No wait on a Saturday morning, staff were helpful with attempting to translate, I don't really speak Korean. Unfortunately my phone was too extensively damaged so they would have had to keep it for a week. Didn't end up getting it fixed as I have a better/cheaper alternative.

A decent service center is good. But employees are usually unkind. I asked about Note 10 but responded by pressing the button. Such a response is a response that even elementary school students can do. Service staff are not flexible.

Fast and quick processing. It was very convenient because parking was possible behind the Samsung building. Don't hesitate to find a parking spot, just pass the building and turn right into the alley that comes out, so don't panic. The parking staff were very friendly.
