There should be the possibility of not putting any star for this kind of company. Moreover, the very term society is already inappropriate. The concept: a boss who wants to manage everything on his own but who has the sole quality of having recruited qualified staff a few years ago. For the rest, his model is to rip off his employees (consultants):
- balance of remaining leave that can be viewed once a year (and which decreases without valid reason)
- meal vouchers deducted from salary but not distributed for several months
- payslips communicated when they have time
- the company works in closed offices, therefore without access for the employees.
- no response to emails or calls from employees.
- the terms of the employment contract (bonus and all other benefits) are not respected.
- use of illegal methods to convert sick days with medical certificate into unjustified absence (documents destroyed)
- Employees who resign are not paid the last few months during the notice period.
- The payment of the balance of any account, when it takes place, is made without any transparency
- The boss S T does not hesitate to harass or threaten his employees
I would say, NEVER WORK FOR THESE SCAMS , but they will never recruit new employees again, the model is on its last legs (it has lost 120 people in the last 18 months) and is now known to everyone.
So I would simply say: "NEVER WORK WITH THIS SCAM AGAIN" as a Client, so as not to endorse his "model".
And one more star is too much ... Company which scams its employees (consultants), use of illegal methods, numerous lawsuits in progress, the ST Manager in particular does not hesitate to harass his employees, pressure from HR, fraud in any kind, society to be avoided like the plague, especially since it would even seem that corruption cases are being investigated when other disputes are settled in the courts NEVER WORK FOR THESE SCAMS
Scam organization. Illegal contract terms for employees, and intimidation tactics (not approve holidays, expenses, lying). Service to clients is their last concern, they are just trying to steal as much money as possible from their employees/clients. Everyone in Luxembourg knows this about IQ.
