The doctor Kelly and everybody are profesional and care me a lot

The Nurses in the Psyche Wad will straight up lie to your ace about your transfer acceptance to another facility for drug treatment. Spent 11 days there and i cant give them over 1 star for that alone.... Lazy nurses I wont mention names and only 2 decent Drs. I recommend driving to New Hanover regional if south of Clinton in Sampson County...you will get FAR better attention and treatment.

They let my stepdad died without even trying to help him or save him they have hung up on my mom multiple times because she wants information on my stepdad they are extremely rude I recommend people go to a different hospital because this one is extremely need to close doors

I just gave Birth on Friday, the OB area and Nurses and etc in that pediatric area are great, so caring, very experienced. I was sent home on Sunday after my Cesarean, just 2 days later... my baby Billyrubin was not normal and we were still sent home, by the time Monday came baby had to get right back admitted because the numbers got too high, now we are sitting here in a room on the 3rd floor, 345 to be exact, I got here at 5 , they started the light treatment around 6, the nurse that was here was great but when the night shift came in it's a different story, how do I rest when I'm constantly up doing things they are suppose to do, the nurse didn't come back for a good 4 hours , remind you I just had a c section, if y'all are that behind and need help, hire people but hire people that care and make time, not because they have a degree there is more to it than just that, you have to have a heart for people and want to do your job, not half do your job

I went to ER for possible COVID symptoms, and my RN Clarissa made me feel very comfortable and used all proper procedures in safety measures for spreading viruses. She even noticed some white spots in the back of my throat and tested for Strep. I was in and out pretty fast and they called my prescription in to the pharmacy so it was ready for me . I was very happy with my visit and all staff were very friendly.

Go to a hospital that values you as a patient this hospital don t care about black people or people in general they are disrespectful, nasty, lazy and make false reports they really need to shut down this hospital and just leave the urgent care because at this point this hospital is pointless they don t care about nothing but a paycheck, I will be reporting this hospital and the staff as well!

My husband was taken by rescue on Sat, November 14, 2020. He was losing blood at a fast rate and also tested positive for COVD 19. I was home with COVD so I could not go with him. I was told he would be in ICU when a bed became available. I would call and they say we will call you back and didn't. By Monday I finally told them they were going to talk with me. I requested they transfer him to a hospital where he could get an icu bed and was told he didn't meet the criteria. No one should have to stay in an ER closet for 4 days. I have always had great respect for SRMC but now am so disappointed. On Tuesday night he left against Dr advice but he said he could not stay in that little hole any longer,, he couldn't breathe. He left without. paperwork, no instructions, I had not been told what treatment he was receiving. I don't know if he was treated for COVD or not. As sick as he is I doubt it. I am very, very disappointed with you.

The healthcare is terrible in Sampson county. I really don't even want to bother going to the Dr. for anything. I rather take care of my own health.

First I want to say the old reviews are exactly that! Old. They have remolded and revamped their services extremely well. So Truly was an Amazing experience for me personally. The nurses and the doctors were extremely caring and diligent when treating my needs. They asked me questions and never had a rude tone or expression toward me. The wait time was long, but what do you expect in a hospital full of emergency patents? Overall This place is good for everyone. Just treat them with the respect they deserve and everything should be fine!

So I got here about 8:30pm today it is now 11:40pm. My x-rays were done an hour ago & I have watched 3/4 of the people that came in after me go to the back already. This place is ridiculously slow. If you were dying all you would have to do is wait in this lobby. The nurses can never tell you anything other then "we are waiting on beds to open, and that they do not know how long it would be to get a room". Absolute Hogwash. Alot of the nurses and techs have this nasty holier then thou, I hate my job, hurry up and get out attitude. This is the one hospital I would not recommend. I would recommend death valley in Fayetteville NC before this hospital. Very angry, disappointed, & in more pain then I was when I came in. Oh and still haven't seen an ACTUAL DOCTOR SINCE I GOT HERE!!!
