Work here. Pianos sold here arent always as new as customers think. Lots are damaged from factory. On site tech paints over wood filler to fix cracked rims. Saunas, oh lord. Had some from californa, literallly marked trash and been outside for months. Now being repaired by same on site tech to be resold as new. Lets not forget samick also sends pianos back to factory for repairs. This is only allowed once. Tech will change serial #'s in order to do so more than once as many times as needed. While office instructs this to happen. Im a current employee now. Atleast until monday. Ill be fired then for requesting MSDS sheets and was told they didn't know what that was. Then after speaking directly to Simon Jung about email on MSDS sheets, was told it was none of my bussiness. Samick is morale less. Value less. And if you research, so many better products and company's in quality and value at same or better price . Please, do not waste your time or money here.
