Is a bit confusing to access, you have to park outside on the main road, of which is not guarded.
Then inside the reception, come sales area, there is a basic display of goods on offer, no pricing indicated, so you've to wait patiently for the few sales members on the floor to deal with you.
However, once you are seen to, the sales people are friendly and knowledgeable of the quality range of solar products on offer, at very competitive prices.

Been trying to contact these guys on both their office and mobile lines for two days without success . I am disappointed.

We purchased a Victron Quatreo inverter and 6 Pylontech US 3000 batteries and spent USD 11,800 which included installation. 6 weeks later Samansco and their agent SolarQuest have failed to install. They have NO TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE AND SUPPORT! I STEONGLY ADVISE NOT PURCHASING VICTRON OR PYLONTECH PRODUCTS AND NOT FROM SAMANSCO.
