Sam's club Reviews

Our visit was nice. There is one item that we wish would go down in price, and that is the Premier Protein drinks. They were $16.12 and now they are $22.16. The oatmeal and blueberry are not good at all. We love the chocolate, vanilla, peaches and cream, and bananas and cream. My wife and I are on a limited budget and we enjoy shopping at Sam's Club, but your prices are increasing and we can't afford higher prices. RJVanWinkle

I am very pleased with the customer service that was provided to me by this young man at AT&T. I believe his name was Jeremy with the long hair. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Will definitely be doing more business in Sam s!

Clean facility. The hot deli is serving hot food again. Just can't sit there and eat. The mask face covering is optional, as it SHOULD be during this scaredemic. Prices are decent, and restrooms are always on fleek.

Great as usual. All we need at great prices. THEY HAD SAMPLES TODAY....VERY SANITIZED IN THE WAY THEY DID THEM.

Kind of crowded and not the best selection compared to other Sam's Clubs nearby. Employee did help load my truck, very nice man, exceptional employee.

Review is for the Tire service we bought 4 tires and opted for the road hazard and of course mounting and balancing and they didn t even attempt to balance the tires they said they tried but there were no wheel weights on any of the rims my other family memeber went to the mechanic store and same thing they hey charged for the tire balance but didn t even attempt to do it with no wheel weights on the rims. We had to go to the Sams in moore to get that done then we had a nail in the tire and instead of getting a new tire they said protocol was to patch it and that would be fine but the tire they patched leaked and now we had to schedule an appt to get it done right this time or we hope so. Seems like service as a whole in most industries is terrible now.

So last night I decided to put my order in for curbside pick up. It was very easy on the app to do and pay with credit card. Set my pickup time for the next morning between 7-8am. Easy for me to do since it's on my way to work. I showed up around 7:40am to pick these items up. The young man came out within 5mins of me showing up. Very polite and courteous. So these people that are working these jobs are doing more now than the original details of the initial job. So me being me I go to give him a tip. I mean he's doing me a service and saving me time. He tells me he can't accept it. It's against company policy. I get that, but c'mon now Sam's it's time to change your policies. If the public wants to tip your employees than let them. I wish I would have gotten this man's name. So to this man I am I commend you on your work ethic and integrity. I hope they are paying you well.

Had a great experience shopping with AT&T. The salesman Jeremiah was very professional and had very good knowledge. I would recommend getting your phones serviced here. He made the transition from T Mobile super easy and pain free.

So I understand that a shortage on products during a pandemic should be a good reason for being out of a product, but when you tell me there is a national shortage on chicken and thats why your out of the mosquite grilled chicken. It really does not have the understanding you think it conveys when all 30 of your breaded chicken products are in full supply. It must just be a breed of chicken that can only be breaded right. Just saying it only seems to affect the number of grilled items not chicken items.
