At the expense of drivers and transporters .... A French shame .... And yes !!!!

7 years in this company, 5 years at the steel mill then 2 years at the rolling mill:
Difficult but very interesting work in certain sectors but the recognition has disappeared over the years, good atmosphere between colleagues as a worker but cold hierarchy level which was recently in place therefore 0 knowledge and who does not listen! If you are thorough, go your way because the work is now done in a hurry, also flee if you are too nice because otherwise we count on you but nothing more at the end of the year ... Prefer the posts, better pay than the day ..
I'm not going to say the rest of my thoughts to be polite ... (I agree with Jordan's comment)

A company that trusts young people and that invests in France is becoming extremely rare. I would also like to underline the involvement of all staff in the Quality-Safety-Environment approach of the Management, the objective of which is continuous improvement to make this company the most competitive while strictly respecting the regulations in safety and the environment.

An absolute shame. In 25 years on the road I have never seen that neither in France nor abroad. The zero level of the organization. 9 hours of waiting on site and refusal to tell me the hours of waiting on the incompetent and moreover dishonest documents. a showcase for the foreigners who come to load.

At SAM since 1984 I have evolved in this company which has always trusted me until currently occupying the post of production manager.
The company gives itself the means to be competitive while respecting the environment while ensuring the safety and health of staff.

It takes a long time to load, stuff like the queue doesn't exist, loads what you want and how you want it

Total chaos, no clear indication, people expect you to know where they have loading points or ramps, long waiting hours, and worst off all, there are not one, but two employees that takes your id (passport) and the second one keeps it for a few hours(until you exit). This is definitely ilegal in Europe, they had like 20 id's spreaded over a table at reception.

A company where it is good to work.
Taking into account the issues of Quality, Safety, environment.
