Not as cheap at it seems at first time.
I bought a 50x1oz funnyuns box for $14.98 which turns out to be 50x0.75oz.
The box contradicts the info in the pricetag.
The only thing i went there to buy that day was mismanaged.
Not a dealbreaker, but are they expecting customers to report everything.
(And one of the chips bag came with only 4 pieces, which is not one their part but its funny)
Everything else is good.
My wife bought me a birthday present, a watch, and the sales representative refused to take some links out so it would fit my wrist. I thought to myself no big deal, I can get the links removed anywhere. After going to 5 different stores/ jewelry stores and realized it wasn t as easy as I thought it would be. Kay Jewelers said they would remove the links for $10/ link . Five links latter my $100 watch cost me another $50 to wear it! This is unsat and Sams should reimburse the link removal fee I was forced to pay.
I have always been a fan of Sam's club. I have been to a few and liked all of them. So I could be biased. I moved to Irving from fort worth and when I entered this sam's club, it's plan is exactly like the one in fort worth where I used to go (not just similar -but exact). Everyone mentions about their great quality of products and services. So wanted to mention something else.

Guy at the gas station was not friendly. I needed help with air in my tires. The service guy basically told me to do it on my own. I'm a woman. Some guys pulled over to offer help and shook their heads at the service guy doing nothing and standing there watching me struggle to put air my tires.
I never had a service guy at Sam's do that to me. I bet if I was a white woman he would've helped. He was very mean and sarcastic. Not good customer service to me.
Things are really easy to find and it's super fast to shop there. it's a perfect place to go especially if you have the membership then you can scan and quickly get out of there within 5 minutes.
Love shopping at this location. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I shop here often and I love how organized the entire store is. Everything is easy to find. Assistance from staff is always available. Oh - did I mention the food court and how delicious their food is!
Looking for trash compactor bags and household cleansers, comet, ajax. Asked three checkers who were very nice because I couldn't believe they didn't carry every day items, but they don't! Walking by a handicap woman asking a worker there for items she couldn't find and he wouldn't even look up and acknowledge her. Don't have items I'm shopping for no biggie. But don't treat anyone especially those who have special needs that way.
