Quick and easy! Will recommend to family and friends that are in need of a rapid covid test

The company was so helpful and informative regarding my personal lab testing. They explained all the procedures that were done and the test results were extremely thorough. My doctor was very impressed with the details.

I went to Salveo Diagnostic for a complete blood test and through these detailed tests and detailed reports my doctor, in another state, was able to reverse his diagnosis of me. Great company!

My dad recently got tested for Covid-19 and the service was 5 stars! It was fast and efficient and we got the results in the same day. I recommend Salveo to everyone I know!!! I also feel like everyone is more personal than other lab companys.

Had testing done in January 2018. Had a horrible time settling insurance/bill with this company but got it done. Haven t heard from them again and thought they were out of my life. Fast forward to August 2020...Got a bill for over $2000.

I'm amending this review for the bill from August 2020. I spoke to the company, and they explained that my charges were merely an outline of charges not covered by my insurance company, but no cost was expected of me. I moved from 1 to 3 stars; I feel like the billing could have been more timely (although not illegal), and the communication should have been much quicker. But, I'm not paying over $2000, so that's helpful.

I worked for Salveo for 1 year and I regret it. It's been over 2 years and I still haven't been paid the amount that they owe me. I have to pay taxes on the money because I was a 1099. I have email and called. But no one will tell me what's going on. I know that they took the government money for the PPE. But they're will to not pay the venders. Don't do business with this company. You will regret it.

This is probably the least responsive company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Over two years, and I'm still having to deal with them. Completely inept.

They were great! Went in yesterday to get swabbed and drawn for the covid-19 virus and antibodies. 1 person in at a time, masks required, and disinfected between each patient. I was in and out in 10 minutes and was emailed my results report today. I highly recommend Salveo!

This company is amazing. We needed last minute covid testing and they were able to fit in all 3 of us same day and we received the results in less than 24 hours. I even had an issue with the name and they fixed it within the hour. My son who is 7 got tested and the lab technician was SO patient, gentle and polite with all of us.

Very pleased. My wife and I were required to have a Covid 19 test for entry into a foreign country for our vacation. Not knowing anything about this business, I selected Salveo because of their convenient location of I-95 and I-295 in North Richmond. Pure luck. We got an immediate appointment and on arrival were processed in less than 1/2 the allotted time and the procedure was as expected, painless. Results were back in 24 hours. While this company appears to be large and capable of many scientific tests, we found them to be more like a "mom and pop" shop with friendly, caring staff.
