I've been to this salon a few times. The last time I was there, the stylist offended because I cancelled some of the services she signed me up for. I was only willing to pay a certain amount and not more than that. Then she was drilling me. She asked when I last cut my hair. I got the guilt trip for canceling the additional services. I found myself explaining why I wasn't willing to pay over $1000. To top it off, when I was getting shampooed and asked the girl to turn up the hot water, she commented that the hot water costs money. Then she asked one of the young girls to get everything ready for her next client with a dismissive attitude towards me. So rude, disrespectful and arrogant.!!! I guess she felt my pockets were not big enough. Little does she know.
