Mario was the lawyer in charge of my case and i will tell you this,, he was very professional and he excess my expectation. my wife and i went trough to a very touchy situation since she could not do anything without her Green Card however , Mario went out his way to find the solution for us as a family . guys this priceless you can not put money or value what this represent for us as a family . our life change completely . i would like to stress that they deserve more than 5 star. We had a very good experience with Hedwin and his office. Our immigration case was turned down by other law firms, yet Hedwin listened to the facts, and approached our case with a clear head and a strong rationale. He gave us confidence and hope for his knowledge and faith is abundant. He spent a lot of time with us and went thru the details with a fine tooth comb. And incredulously our case was 100% successful - with no difficulties at all. Looking back, I really appreciate his kind demeanor and pleasant office. I have seen plenty of immigration law offices which are just unsavory with hostile greedy lawyers. Hedwin is the true antidote. His heart is in it. You can see. He is a successful lawyer and a great human being.

Just a follow up to my review below that we STILL have not received the money (1500 which is less than 15% of what they actually paid) they promised my parents over a year and a half ago. A reminder that this lawyer and his staff did not do ANYTHING for my fathers case and stole 11,000 dollars from them. This place is a total rip off, stay away from this horrible horrible place. Immigrants and their families deserve way better. If you have any questions please let me know as I don t want othe families to go through this - it s been so unfair.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This man has failed my family and most of all my parents. My parents hired him and he got nothing done for my father s case. They never spoke to my parents and eventually my mom began calling to see what was happening. Once my mom finally got a response after a year they stated that they didn t realize they lost all of the paperwork. My parents paid them 11K to do NOTHING. Shortly after my parents decided to end the case and the lawyer claimed they couldn t give it all because they spent a lot of it and agreed to giving her only 1500 although they got nothing done. My mother didn t argue it because at least she was getting something back. They said the check would be mailed by the end of May and now for two months they have been pushing back and ignoring my mother although there is a signed agreement to return the money. I just witnessed my mother on the phone speak to Ana their accountant. My mother told her that she couldn t do her job considering the delay in the check. Ana hung up on her and when my mother called back she screamed at her and told her to act like a civilized human being and that my mother is wasting her time. She then told my mom she would not speak to her because her husband is the actual client and began to attack my mother. My mother clearly was frustrated and raised her voice considering she has been fighting for this for over 2 months. Needless to say that they didn t have a problem talking to my mom when they wanted her to pay them. This lawyer and his staff have no heart and no morals and no one should hire them moving forward. If the check is not ready by the end of the week we will be pursuing a case to get all of this money back with a lawyer. They take advantage of the latinx community and how vulnerable we are especially when it comes to immigration. PLEASE stay away. Don t waste your money. There are tons of immigration lawyers that genuinely care and will work hard. This office is NOT one of them.

I can truly say that Hedwin Salmen Navarro is an excellent lawyer. From the very first day he has taken care of my case and has made sure that he has every information needed for my case to go well.
