The website does not work 9 times out of 10! When you call, there are certainly employees who want to help you but you really have to fish EVERYWHERE yourself ..... Tip: just send everything by post or fix the website ...

By far the most impersonal, most corporate, cold and disorganized health insurance policy I've ever had. Not informative, employees without knowledge and anything but proactive to help or support people in exceptional cases. Don't get started. TV spots make it seem like Salland has a personal way of working, but practice shows that everything revolves around money and they are extremely cold and businesslike. I can't go into detail about the specific case and that of others, but the experiences really speak volumes; don't get started. Supervisors will also not be on the line or a department that handles special cases. Very smart to be able to keep control in this way and to reject people without any reason.

Apart from that, there is someone who, due to the incorrect handling of a request, the cold and extremely businesslike working method, is a few days '' too late '' by Salland to switch, because he was still waiting for an answer to a request. (which client had been working on for months and submitted a month in advance). Now that person is no longer given the opportunity to switch and the client gets into financial problems. Even in these very exceptional cases, Salland health insurance turns out to be just a very corporate, disorganized and inhumane '' care '' body that has nothing personal. If I could give minus stars I would have, but unfortunately that is not possible.

I was defrauded by a doctor, and was billed over 500EUR for a 30 minute consult, and for the doctor leaving me over 6 months without any form of help. (He cancelled 2 of my appointments and then just forgot about me. the 6 month mark was me getting the bill, not an appointment)
When I contacted Salland to inform them of the billing error they sided with the doctor stating that even though he admits to not treating me they were still billing me for it.
We as a society know insurance companies and the people who work for them are worthless plebs. A Mafia.. if mafias were run by losers with no dreams or gumption.
Who knows if another insurance company can handle themselves better, but I hope my story helps someone in their choice for a provider

Bad health insurance, wanted to switch to a new health insurance policy, that is not possible because I still have payment arrears at Salland, while I have paid everything properly ... Now I am still stuck with them for another year.

What a filthy practice. I have been a member for years, the Salland Zorgverzekeringen then changes name twice (while the insurance simply continues to exist) and now years later I suddenly became a member of "Zorg Direct" which apparently offers much less coverage than the one where I originally placed my care : Salland!

These tacit coverage restrictions are a thorn in my side. From my side I have never taken out any other health insurance and have been a member for 20 years. Because of my zip code, however, I was secretly put on another insurance policy that apparently covers less, and now I can - even with a dentist EXTRA package - still pay dental costs! I have supplementary insurance for the dentist and can still pay for my routine check-up! You can't make this up!

The stupid thing is that all of this still falls under the parent company "ENO".

If you would like to spend extra time on your administration for your healthcare costs, then you have to go to Salland. No simple declaration of your PDF invoice. No first print, photograph and then send. A Stone Age website and app. Nothing is clear. Very unprofessional.
