It saddens me to share my recent experience with the Parsippany office, which has been deeply disappointing and unprofessional. From the very beginning, my interactions with staff have been frustrating and inconsistent. I have received conflicting information on several occasions, making the process extremely difficult to navigate.
Most notably, my interaction with Tabitha was especially upsetting. She spoke to me in a dismissive and rude manner, did not allow me the opportunity to explain the time slot I was requesting, asked me to hold, and then abruptly disconnected the call. When I attempted to call back, another staff member simply hung up on me. I could hear background noise during the call, suggesting it may not have been taken seriously.
The first time I spoke with Tabitha, her tone was similarly unprofessional, and I chose to end the call to avoid escalating the situation. Following these incidents, I contacted my attorney to make them aware of what was happening.
I sincerely hope steps can be taken to improve the professionalism and customer service at this location, especially considering that these staff members are representing respected medical professionals. As someone with experience as a call center supervisor, I understand the importance of effective communication and respectful interaction with clients. Behavior like this would typically warrant immediate coaching and retraining.
Unfortunately, my overall experience with this office has been very disappointing. I am hopeful that improvements can be made so future clients are treated with the respect and care they deserve.
