I have best regards that this institute should be in Pakistan Country.

Salk is such a beautiful place to visit! The views are astonishing! The facility is located right near a cliff where they do paragliding and it is truly amazing to see! Sam is also where Jonas Salk invented the polo vaccine and many other scientific discoveries and innovations took place here so truly a cool place to visit and learn about!

Rating this only as a visitor to "self guided tour"..... Cool place, cool history. $7 to walk around the main outdoor area is kinda of pricey. Seems it used to be free according to others? Your not allowed to see the end of the fountain, which is sad. Some douche probably ruined it for others. Neat but at $7..... I dunno. I guess there's a full guided tour or something but we missed it. Oh well.

very striking architecture, sharp and dignified. The water elements add a nice touch that complement the overall aesthetic.

I wasn't able to tour the facility due to COVID-19 restrictions but will return when things have opened back up. The buildings have a unique contemporary design that is visually pleasing.

Excellent and unique institute. I want to come back here again and take pics with sunset someday.

Awesome view. It must be hard to keep the scientists from staring out the window, instead of on their work.
But I'm amazed that this is open to the public.

Anyway, I am very lucky that I grew up in the 1950s. This was when the vaccine was made public. So I grew up in a world where I could enjoy the summer, swimming with others. Carefree, not having to worry about getting sick.

This place is amazing. Gorgeous architecture. The more you look at it, the more you marvel at its design.
