Literally went in to get a free covid test and now I have to pay a $500 bill due to them not putting the reason as me going in to get a covid test. According to bluecross blue shield website, my visit should have been covered by my insurance if it was related to covid. I even specified over the phone if the covid test was free and they said it was. I even called them and had my bill audited, but nothing was done to help matters. This cost as much as it did for my mother to actually get treated for something. Needless to say if I ever am in an actual emergency I will not be going here again. Not to mention the test was negative anyway so this broke college student is paying $500 for nothing.

I had a ER visit. The Dr.( David Hein) listened to me explain my symptoms, automatically assumed I have COVID, even though I have already been tested for it this week. Made me get the test again, and never came back in the room. Waste of time and money

I was a outpatient the HF10 simulator was my surgery. And first time patient and Dr.Boswell and nurses were very nice. It just put me in a comfortable place.

Nurse LeAnn on the 3rd floor is one of my aunts nurses. She has been so helpful and kept me informed about my aunts progress after surgery. Wonderful day staff!

Very poor communication. Our company received approximately 10 phone calls during the day and all had a fax sound. Nothing was delivered to our fax machine. I called this morning to find out what is going on and the person who answered said they would not know anything. Now a hospital this big should be able to transfer you to someone who could look into this.

I went in with severe abdominal pain at 7 weeks pregnant, did vitals, took blood, and tried to do an ultrasound. Said they couldn't pick anything up on the ultrasound because my HCG levels weren't high enough. The doctor I had was TERRIBLE he didn't actually answer any of my questions with real answers. He just kept giving me HIS answer. I couldn't even get one straight answer. The nurses I had were great but I will never let that doctor be a part of my care again! 10/10 dont reccomend!!!!

I have had 2 ER visits to turn into inpatient stays. The staff and doctors were fantastic! I had our third child there and was also Impressed! I have a major surgery scheduled due to the inpatient stays and the team I m working with are top notch. Nurses for the most part are kind and always available. Highly recommend over Manhattan.

zero facilities or know-how dealing with individuals with mental health needs. they treated my loved one the same way a hospital from the 1930s would - pump them full of sedatives which worsened the condition. moved to another facility where they ll spend weeks undoing what salina hospital did. this place is an embarrassment to the community.

This hospital was rude and very unhelpful.my husband was there three days and never had his face washed or any part of body.very late getting pain meds. I wonder why Salina Surgeons never call to check on patients at all after they r released? Non caring
