My therapist Jen was excellent and very knowledgeable. She helped me recover from a bulging disc injury. I didn t think I would be able to get back to normal but she got me there. The staff is very pleasant and the facility is easy to find with plenty of parking. Very flexible hours and they handled the insurance covering the visits I needed. Highly recommend Jen and Salem Sports and Rehab.
I corrected them many times that my name was Cindy, NOT Cynthia. But they continued to call me Cynthia. Very rude. Plus I moved and called twice to forward me my bill since I had misplaced the original while moving. I gave them my new address. They never mailed a bill to my new address. Administrative help is dreadful.
