I came for Salam Studio for Camera Lessons. Couldn't find parking, made a street parking

More like High End stores located at the Mall and very quiet, not your everyday mall

I was worked in salam plaza from 1980 to 1990..I spend my good years in this ..building with very good co workers and kind management.i feel it still as nostalgia..and remember every faces....

Unfortunately, I purchased a luggage from them which got damaged during my travel with an airline.
When I requested copy of my receipt they were unsubtle to retrieve it due to their system change.
Second time as I was asked I went to get at list an official paper as certificate by the supervisor who was abscessing for an unknown reason during the working time. Third time I talked with a supervisor and he asked me to leave an email due to some technical that their computer had and was not able to give me the certificate on time...

The email never came, as I was not planing to spend more money for taxi and transport to proceed I kept trying calling them in different numbers.

They do have very unprofessional customer relation department and it is unacceptable from a shop like that...

Restos, offices, no crowds, many stores, friendly relaxed atmosphere.
