I have recently celebrated my 50th anniversary and wanted you to know my wife (Carolyn Powell) purchased a complete set of Salad master cookware two years before we were married. We had one handle on a pot lid that came off after many years of service and Salad master promptly repaired or replaced pot lid. Couldn't tell which due to the quality of the product. Still looks new. Thanks for 50 plus years of service

I own a set of Saladmaster pots, and I do not recommend this brand because of its terribly poor customer service.
I contacted customer support in multiple ways and hoped they could help me solve my problem with a dealer in my area (North Vancouver, BC). Without taking any time or appropriate action to investigate the matter, the customer service team at Saladmaster forwarded my last email to the dealer about whom I was complaining.
Several days later, I received a threatening email from the dealer that she will take legal action against me if I decide to publicize the issue on social media.
I not only deserve to be heard when I pay over $2,000 for only three pots but also have the right to share the truth on social media without being threatened.
If I could solve my problem with this dealer in the first place, then why would I waste my time to phone and send emails to the customer support team? I never write negative reviews on Google, but I wish I could give them ZERO stars instead of one.
