My father was brought in by ambulance for an SVT in the 200 s. The paramedic restarted his heart rate. Once in the ED, we waited 4 hours for a doctor to come in and see him. The nurse was amazing (travel nurse), and the doctors not once peeked inside to check on him. For a pulse rate of 211 a doctor should have been in the room within 1-2 minutes. Not 4 hours. This is neglect. Unsafe, and dangerous. No wonder staff is on strike.

Going to this ER was a horrific experience that I never in a million years would have expected in the United States. From no soap in the patient bathroom to being yelled at by a nurse as I moaned in agony to a mentally unstable irate man wandering to my gurney while I was completely unable to defend myself. They misdiagnosed me and another hospital gave me the then needed emergency surgery that saved me life 4 days later. They treated me like a criminal when one of my organs was upside down. I don't even have words how awful this place is and I have empathy for the staff forced to work in these conditions. This incident happened a few years ago and this review is long overdue.

And the nursing strike continues, this hospital is owned by a Texas based company. This should tell you all you need to know about their approach to dealing with their staff. To the management, staff a minor inconvenience that they need to keep raking in profits. Am sure if they could find slave labor they would be happy to use them and get rid of all the paid staff. I had some appointments scheduled there for ENT, had to cancel all of them, I'll go to UMASS which is a far more civilized place.

Definitely will not ever go to a Tenet hospital. Letting the nurses strike for 200 days is absurd. Proves the hospital only cares about PROFIT over their long time nurses in the facility caring for patients. It's always profits over patients. Tenet was caught for doing unnecessary heart procedures on over 200 patients. They were money hungry at a certain hospital. FBI came in and took all evidence. They got Medicare etc taken away and had to sell the hospital. What is wrong with them!!!???????

A shout out to the St Vincent s PT Department - Worcester, MA. The atmosphere is always professional and caring and my experience w/ the staff [receptionist to therapy] is positive. Lauren Maldonado has treated me post operatively after two extensive surgeries. My return to activity is monitored and carefully planned. Thank you Lauren for helping me achieve my wellness goals. I highly recommend ST Vincent s PT Department .

Staff in the ER are wonderful! From registration to nursing to the physicians. I couldn t have asked to be treated any more kindly or professionally. I give them all an amazing amount of credit. Unbeknownst to the average person they are not only juggling the patients in the waiting room but those being brought in via ambulance with far greater life threatening emergencies. Their capability to multi task and handle everything is astonishing. Keep up the great work all of you in the emergency department - your efforts and kindness do not go unnoticed! A special thank you to Dr. Tyler Beals don t ever lose the GOD given gift of a truly attentive and kind bedside manner - you are without a doubt performing your calling in life!

I had my second baby, first St Vincent hospital birth at the end of may 2021. What amazing staff, they let me move around, I was allowed my doula and husband, and the staff were so awesome cheering me on. They made the experience amazing. The only thing is I wish I saw more lactation consultants during my stay, even though I asked, I didn t get any personal sessions with one. Great labor and delivery unit over all!

I can't even begin to describe the disgusting and horrible treatment I got at this hospital. I am a retired nurse of 35 years and have never come across such ignorant and rude people as far as nursing and my life. I fell off the commode fainted and the male nurse grabbed me under my arms and literally threw me back into bed. No checking me out for broken bones or anything of the sort. They were very non-compassionate people that I've ever met in my life. What are they doing in the nursing field. The person that was with me when I fell off the mode left the room. Although the ER experience was wonderful the nurses and doctors were fabulous. I'm so disappointed in this hospital and I will be contacting the right authorities because this is not supposed to happen. Elizabeth Brown

Andrew the nurse, in ICU, is very rude and unprofessional. Yelled at me for not knowing the answer, off the top of my head immediately, then hung up on me, after telling me, "never mind, you know nothing, I'll figure it out myself. "
Sorry, with my loved one, in the ICU with Covid, that I am not giving you lightning fast answers.
Andrew is a mean bully.

I find this hospital so easy to visit for appointments. It is so pretty in the atrium and relaxing. There is good food to be had if you have time. Almost everyone validates parking which is great not everyone can afford to pay to park. Everything seems to run efficiently.
