Saint Geran Hotel / Sun International Review

Almost well, I do not know if I am at the hard rock hotel or st Geran.
Indeed, every night music in the bar, impossible to rest.
Choose another hotel if you want calm.

Best of the best. Well worth the 5 stars. The service is exquisite and food well worth the visit.

We've been lucky enough to stay in some great hotels around the world and this is right up there with the best. The property is amazing, food fantastic and staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Also has the best gym of any hotel Ive ever visited. Highly recommended.

We found the service to below expectations. Service st the pool was not up to expectations.

Not good for young couples. And even others. As swimming pool never warm. Very old build. Structure very old. And staff not that respectful. They have lots of attitude.

Better go other hotels in Mauritus with good value for money.

This was beyond doubt one of the best hotels I have ever been to date. The rooms are impeccable, the beaches are breathtaking and both the breakfast and dinner buffets are splendid. The lunch is modest, but then again it is preferable to stay and enjoy the blue, warm waters of the ocean. Even the pool was incredible for its design and for being so warm. My only complaint is the service that at times could frustrating, as during mealtimes waiters would sometimes forget to bring many of the small things we ordered, and more. Nevertheless, this is a place I hope to one day return and I hope many others will to.

one of the most beautiful resorts on the island, the rooms with balcony or terrace to the sea are wonderfully simple but chic, the service was always perfect and the food and drinks were great !!

Location, services, activities and accommodation. If you wanna feel a movie star here is your place to be. Absolutely perfect.

Amazing hotel which boast 5 star standards. The rooms are all newly built as the hotel underwent renovation, and have walk in wardrobes and the view of the sea and the beach are amazing from such a lovely room.

Dining experience was amazing the chefs and staff were super friendly, and the hotel has a seperate dessert venue in the hotel so if you're feeling peckish you can choose from a variety of different dessert a from crepes to chocolate fountain with marshmallows.

Just wow. My wife and I stayed 10 days for our honeymoon at the Le Saint Geran. Everything was perfect. So so so friendly everyone! Great servuce at any time! We will come back

OK, simply heaven.

This place is beautiful - I never knew anywhere could be so stunning. This place is the epitome of luxury. Every day I woke up feeling relaxed and in awe of such a beautiful place and the people were truly wonderful.

The main restaurant was shut initially when we stayed at Le Saint Geran but opened up towards the end of the week. I was so glad it opened up towards the end - I would have put on at least another stone because the food was sooo good.

This place is truly where you want to spend your honeymoon or time with someone precious.

Yes, it's expensive but it's worth it.

This place is heaven on earth trust a one and only to add that edge on making a special occasion really special, together with your better half of course

Not very impressed by the one and only experience as my expectation of such a resort was high due to its prestige and expensive price.There was no buffet due to COVID situation and the food was a la carte only which is understandable. But lack of variety in the menu and use of exceptional products as well as alternatives for the clients. On a 2 days stay, we had only the choice between fish, chicken and a meat. 1st day grilled fish, stir fry Chicken and a very salty lamb curry with no apologies from the Chef. 2nd day grilled fish, satay chicken and beef curry. Two days curry for Mauritian clients! We also had a connected room with very noisy family next door and moved to another room at the other end of the resort. Breakfast served in a broken plate. Overall the resorts accommodations and facilities are good. Luckily we had a good service level mainly the morning shift staff namely Khemraj who was very helpful and friendly.

Hope that the resort will take into consideration the feedback and improve.

Honestly the best resort we both have ever been to cannot fault anything.

When you arrive by helicopter is the best way to see that amazing view

Because of it location on the Eastern side of the island, I didn't expect a sunset view here. But its so beautifully situated on a tip of the island that you get an amazing sun set. Lush green, manicured gardens, peace and serenity here is unsurpassable.

Absolutely stunning hotel, the service is phenomenal. All the staff are lovely, helpful and kind, they really ensure that this place is the best. Since the latest refurb the rooms are even nicer and the main restaurant feels more modern. The food is also amazing with a wide variety of dishes all of the highest quality. The free water-skiing on the lagoon is a feather in the cap of the hotel. No other resort can provide such excellent watersport facilities.

This resort, iconic to Mauritians, probably has the best service on the island!

We spent an amazing few days there this week and whilst I love the beach and sea in that region, it can get slightly windy during the winters.

Food is outstanding, and the chefs came to our table every evening to check our preferences, as we are vegetarian. Rooms are spacious and if you have kids, the family suites are well appointed.

And If you have teens and tweens like me, the club is filled with daily activities animated by two excellent young chaps called Perville and Sebatien. There is also a very well equipped gym, and I would like to thank the very talented Jonathan there for all the awesome training!

There are too many outstanding staff to mention- a few I recall from the top of my head who we would like to highly commend are Raj, Suneeta, Micheline, Ash, Akash, Gungodin, Luchmee, Martine, Arnaud...

I stayed a few years ago. Everything was beautiful, the service arrived and I was very satisfied.
The food was delicious, and the wine we selected was the best.

Also we look forward to the day that you can stay in the family.

Weather was a bit too humid but the rooms are so nice and the aircon is brilliant
