The PSW's rarely show up. I have a client with disabilities and I can't say how many times they haven't shown up to make lunch. They are to stay and make lunch, clean the dishes, put them away. They are to stay for an hour. They either don't show up or make the food and leave after 10 minutes. I would NOT recommend this organization. This is a RECURRING problem with them.
