Maybe good if you live in London or the south but if you live in the North not so good. The only event in the North got cancelled.

I do there the first aid course with St John Ambulance.
An istoric building with an fantastic view,something like a mix between Nice and Venice.

Freindly little bar with inside and outdoor seating. Good position right on the edge of Limehouse Marina with an outlook of boats.

This is a proper pub, red wine that'll stain your teeth but surprisingly good pizza and a view tdf over Limehouse Basin.

Came here to see The Angry Boater comedy set. Well worth a viewing with brilliant observations on the changes to the persona when you decide to live on a canal boat. Some cross over to the camper van and motorhome community too. The CA has a modern building next the Limehouse basin with a good bar and friendly staff and atmosphere. The food was reasonable prices and well presented.

Usually a members only venue but will probably serve you if not catering a specific event.

You need to be one of the 5-6,000 members from around the world. Many meetings, presentations by top sailing experts. Good bar food. Membership gives discounts for all sorts of gear and marinas atound the world

Lovely place adjoining the Marina especially if its bright and sunny. Relaxing. The bar is not open during day time.

Quite bar, not far from canary wharf. Good view of Limehouse basin. Not far from the Thames path.

Came here for a 2-day St John Ambulance First Aid requalification course and was very impressed with this venue. Spacious, quiet with gorgeous views of the canal and marina. There are 4 bike docs by the entrance, which is great for those who cycle :) and they also have free secure WiFi.

A fantastic organisation for UK leisure sailors. The best of British.

Great atmosphere. Good food, service can be slow( book in advance!) Very good library for members. Very helpful knowledgeable staff. The lectures are very good indeed. Winter time has yacht master training.
Four stars 'cos parking is awful.

Went here for the St Johns Ambulance first aid course. Beautiful surroundings & close to Limehouse station. The room we trained in was large, clean and perfect for what we needed.

It's a members club but anyone can join. Very pleasant and sociable. The annual series of winter talks is always good. The food is good and reasonably priced as are the drinks. The CA is mainly a library and more recently electronic information sharing club. Well worth the membership fee just to use the library and go to the talks
