Great spot for windsurfing or paddle boarding or just generally messing about. Small lake, nice and shallow, you can't get into much trouble but you can have a lot of fun! Popular for families with barbecues in good weather.

Been before and loved it by the lakeside, cos of Covid came away when could in summer hols could only get on top field, loads of tents, loads of kids and dogs barking late at night, not such a pleasant stay this time, would still come again but not in summer hols, also quite a walk for toilets and showers which are used by the kids in the cabins too, so always quite messy

Really close to my 6th Form so it's a good place to hang out with friends after school, especially in summer. The only downside is that the manager is a grumpy old man who clearly hates groups of teenagers and every time we go is always hovering around us asking if we've paid and to prove it if we say yes, though it's mostly young people who have this problem.

Patio overlooking water was always privately let out two occasions could be even get food, menus way out of dste, told menu on wall inside but not allowed in to read.
After went out to eat so that's fifteen meals lost, a little more than his hire charge for room.
Place itself good.
Never noticed the warning sign in receiption about dangerous blue algie in water. Very tiny sign.

My son came here on a school residential and has said the activities were amazing as well as most of the staff running them.....However the food and accommodation were a different matter... he and his fellow classmates have described the food as awful and also found the staff in the cafe very unfriendly and really quiet rude at times. The accommodation was also dusty and unclean in general. These trips are not cheap and there is no excuse for poor quality food, dirty accommodation and staff with bad attitudes....What a shame.

The cabin a are lovely and clean set by a lake where they have all sorts going on weather permitting.. It could do with a bigger place for the beauty treatments with a little room to wait in if accompanying some one.. That is the only fault..would definitely stay there again

Big thank you to the friendly and welcoming team at Croft Farm Waterpark for looking after all of our groups so far this year. Many happy guests and lots of memories made! Thanks again.

Had a great time here. The location is wonderful. The toilets /shower block needed a bit of a clean. But Easley sorted.
No convenience shop on site. So bring all your groceries. A 2 mile walk to tweksbury for provisions along a busy A road with no footpath.

Best place to camp! Family run very friendly. Camp lakeside to wake up step out of your tent right overlooking the lake, ducks walking past your tent every morning. Facilities are spot on, cafe/bar, hire shop too for watersports. Highly recommended! We're returning for our 4th year this year! We go twice a year because the kids love it so much as does the dog

A quiet place for camping & BBQ. Attractions for children, animal friendly. Blogs leisure. It's a nice place for camp & BBQ. IS place for kids and whole area is pet friendly. Is always good chill out for me :)

The toilet blocks were to small for the camp site only 2 toilets and 2 showers in the 1 by us to share with about 70 people. The toilet waste was in another block which was about 500 yards away so a long walk with a full toilet
If you are into water sports you might like it but it does get a bit crowded and noisy good if a group of you go
The toilet block and club house are full of spiders webs the whole site needs a good clean and tidy

First time at Croft Farm today with the family.
A great day had by all, the kids loved the Pirate Ship and the Playground.
Lunch and drinks followed by a lap of the lake on the pedalos!!
Even the had a nice time. Will be back sooner rather than later. 10/10.

Access to lake and river, so great opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, raft building, wind surfing, sailing, kat-canoe and pedal boating; all of which are available onsite. Beds in huts quite comfy. Cabins have TV's. Only one tower, which is for abseiling and climbing. Would be good if there was other activities like an assault course, or high ropes, or Jacobs ladder, trapeze etc. But since the Croft Farm Waterpark is designed to for the needs of people staying in caravans or mobile home as well as to have the needs for people on events such as school trips, or ncs, the site is good. The shop is a little expensive, especially the ice creams.

Pros
- Fits needs for both holiday makers and students.
- Access to lake and river
- comfy beds
- hot showers
- good facilities

Cons
- could have more activities
- ice creams too expensive
- Food is ok, but could have been better

Notes
- No WiFi

This place really deserves a 5* and on any normal weekend it probably would have done... However... We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend and there was one particular group who put a dampener on our weekend. Usually I'd say this was fine... However, when you complain to management about a group on a family camp site who are shouting and swearing at 1.30am to be told security had been to see them 3 times already you start to wonder why they did nothing to stop them. Then when it came to the second night and they are still doing the same, well that simply amazes me that they were left to do what they wanted and were not ejected from the site the following morning. Worst of all, when the complaint was made on the second night they knew nothing about the complaint on the first and told us we should have complained earlier. Really Croft Farm? Perhaps you need to communicate these issues. When children are woken up early in the morning by swearing drunk adults the day time fun isn't quite so good.

The site itself was wonderful. The lake is great, the showers were ok, although they could do with a few more if that is the usual filling up of the camp...

It's just a shame that our weekend was ruined by a few and management didn't seem to think it was important enough to do anything about it.
