These mall is the gateway to dubai. Its located in the boundary of sharjah and dubai. If you want to avoid the additional tariff on taxi when travelling from sharjah and dubai and vice versa, the best thing is ask the taxi to drop you in this mall, ask someone where to walk to dubai and take another taxi once crossed. Youll save 20aed on taxi fare. Taxis are plenty on both side. No traffic and cheaper. This mall also has everything you need for day to day affairs.

A package for whole family residing both in Sharja...

A package for whole family residing both in Sharjah and Dubai areas. Adventure Land amuses the children;meanwhile food court and multiple shopping centres are hub for all just any age. NOVO movies too for a fun filled perfect weekend.
Even there are many atm's and etisalat and du customer service centres. So its an easy acess for all. Would recommend visiting mall..i visit the mall almost daily.

Today I have experienced the worst customer servic...

Today I have experienced the worst customer service from the employee named "Kenneth". On 9th January I purchased a prestige handheld mixer from Emax Sahara centre and tried using it, yesterday suddenly it stopped working. I went to Emax around 8:00 pm to raise a complaint and get the issue resolved. I gave the item to Kenneth and explained the problem and he asked me to wait. After few minutes I asked him about the replacement warranty which is mentioned on the product and he said WE DONT KNOW about that, then I asked him how many days it may take to update me on the status again the same answer WE DONT KNOW and this time in a very rude way. I told him this is not the way to behave and then he started showing his watch and told me that you came in the evening and you expect a response now. I cannot give any response, you have to wait whether it is one week or one month, if I give a time you people will again trouble me.

I am shocked that you people treat a customer like this?
I purchased the product around the same time in the night but your team didn't ask the question, but why they are questioning when I have a problem, what kind of behaviour is this?
He was using words like bloody , is this how you train your employees?

If you don't want to provide service to customer tell that clearly but this kind of behaviour is not at all expected and accepted. Even a road side store provides better service, being a large format store this is worst service and please treat customers with respect.
