Horrible experience. Value for the money is not to be found for even one hour of comfort. So dirty and old. Maybe it was 4 stars in 1992. Nothing changed since then. Strange marks on my skin yet to be identified. Save yourself and don t stay here. Owner, sell it or do something to renovate.

The hotel is nice and clean. I took a room on the beach, the check-in was quick, the internet connection was excellent, the breakfast was good, the food and drinks were not allowed, and I asked twice for room service once I liked it, but I did not want it. The delay at the gate is still possible
Two out of six times, I have been sorely disappointed by the quality of the cakes they sell at their cake shop. I mean, it was just SO bad. Speaking to the British manager made no difference.

Good, clean hotel. Rooms are cozy. Views are good. Gym can improve. Addition of steam and sauna would make it at par with competition. Restaurant can add more varieties to its menu.

Over looking the famous kuwait towers...it has a romantic ambience as it awakens the palate

Friendly and professional staff, the finishes of the works leave something to be desired, certainly not made in Italy. They should take care of maintenance better, at least of the bathrooms, for the rest in line with the 4-star segment.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very large in size and overlooks the sea and the Kuwait Towers, but it has one drawback, which is the lack of water drainage in the bathroom floor, may God bless you.

We had a team gathering there at the restaurant. This review is only for their restaurant. We found lack of food variety however the food is extremely delicious. We had a quiet gathering and enjoyed our dinner in the 19th floor. There is a car parking. 5 stars hospitality. 5 stars location. 5 star cleanness.4 stars food.
The rooms are dated but the staff and location make up for it. The breakfast is enjoyable. This is my go-to if I'm traveling with the family.

I fondly remember our first stay at this beautiful property in March 2002 exactly at a time when scud missile from Iraq hit Shouk Sharq. The staffs were very professional and friendly. The food was excellent. The hotel maintained a high standard. However, the life span of a building in Kuwait due to harsh weather is very short. Some portion of the hotel requires renovation.
Very normal eat it very ordinary. But the local Mafia is located close to the towers. See Arabian Gulf Street

+ Quiet hotel with somewhat old furniture, we visited it from 21 to 23 February 2019.
+ We lived in Room 650, the size of the rooms is suitable and the view of the Kuwait Towers.
+ The breakfast buffet is good and regular, the restaurant is on the nineteenth floor and has a beautiful and panoramic view of the Kuwait Towers, the Arabian Gulf and parts of the city.
+ We tried coffee in the restaurant, which is the reception, the cappuccino is good, I recommend the fruit tarts very tasty and fresh, making sure that the tart was made today.
The gym is on the seventh floor, its size is small. I think placing the equipment in two rooms and not changing the floor and walls in proportion to the gymnasium gives the impression of the smallness of the space.
Some of the pads are old and have stains. It is best to bring your own.
The swimming pool is large and well designed, but it is almost neglected and the area around it is dirty and not tidy.

Unusual staff, refuses to contact the airport to recover a certificate of delay.
Great location with great views, specially from the top floor restaurant. The food is really good too.
