Zero stars! I have been having horrible experiences with Safety Services Company, one after another. I will be taking my business else where. One sales person lead me to believe two languages were supplied in each DIY training kit but, I later learned that they need to be purchased separately. I did not acknowledge this until it was too late to return them. Before I decided to purchase the Spanish versions of the English ones I purchased, my flash drives were now out of date, and I haven't even used all of them yet. I was told all updates were free, but they forced me to pay $50 each for new flash drives. I went against my better judgement and made a second purchase of the Spanish versions, counting on the opportunity for a multiple purchase discount. I specifically asked if the Spanish versions included all the same features as the English ones ( three ring binder, Flash drive with interactive curriculum, pre-printed certification cards, official certificate of completion blanks, instructor literature as well as student literature). For one kit, they sent me a DVD. Apparently the interactive kit with literature does not exist. I called to complain and return the DVD for a refund but was told wait, I will get a kit made for you. I will contact you tomorrow and let you know what is going on. . I waited, no call. I emailed the sales person and all he replied is I m working on it . I waited 3 weeks with no correspondence, and emailed once more and got this response I apologize I dropped the ball on this. I have escalated this situation to my supervisor and someone from my customer service department will be contacting you shortly. I then soon found out that the version of the kit I thought I was buying does not exist, and they don t plan on making one.
