I have been very happy with the services at Safety Media. Their customer service was polite, timely, and professional. They took the time to explain the relevant services to me so that I could choose from their extensive selection of products and services. We ended up purchasing fire safety boxes and a number of signs. All products arrived on time and as promised.

We also had Safety Media write a fire safety plan for our industrial complex. It was written professionally and succinctly, and the trained professionals that worked on it were willing to take the time to discuss and review all of the emergency procedures with me. They followed up consistently with the Fire Department to ensure the approved product was delivered in a timely fashion without additional cost.

I am happy to recommend Safety Media for your commercial fire and life safety needs.

After some research, we purchased Amerex ABC fire extinguishers from Safety Media at very competitive prices. We got better quality fire extinguishers for a better price than inferior brands available at big box stores. Excellent customer service and conveniently located near Pearson International Airport.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. I tried to exchange an item that I purchased less then three weeks ago. I unfortunately did not have my receipt, however, when I made the original purchase I was practically forced by the employee to give a lot of my personal information for their database ( address, postal code, phone number etc). I also told the employee that I have the time and date of the purchase. After twenty minutes of two managers discussing the situation with one another, I was told they could not do the exchange because I did not have my receipt and could not prove that I purchased it. I was willing to show multiple IDs to prove that I was in fact who I said I was but, I was told it was not good enough. I am aware that having a receipt for a return/exchange is a common practice, but I was shocked that they were not willing to exchange my product even though they had so much of my information that could have been verified if they looked at my ID. What is the point of taking all my information down? Good customer service is making rational exceptions and not always "sticking to policy.". If I had no receipt and you guys had none of my information... then I could see how I am in the wrong.

excellent service; ordered an emergency light unit(12V/200W) but unfortunately a problem occurred during installation; from Safety media Natasha and manager Michael Crawford contacted manufacturer and Mike tech from Beghelli Canada able to fix the issue.
