I was at this place for 2 weeks the first day they were very kind and caring. The second day they gave kids an awesome package of toys so sweet. After that i did not meet my case manger until 2 days ago and she judged me and did not approve my curfew so I could work if you have a job you can not stay here it is impossible to be a woman a mother here they see you as someone who wants housing not another chance of life. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience at Safe Haven was very uncomfortable...

My experience at Safe Haven was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. It wasn t a pleasant experience. The staff is not very compassionate towards your situation. They will discharge you without checking to see if you have a safe place to transition. They pick and choose to help. That s not right. The facility needs to be evaluated!

This place was here for me when I needed help. I NEEDED HELP! This place is better than a 5 star hotel with 5 star food. Listen, you have rules everywhere you go in life. Follow the rules and you are good. The food is great. You will never go hungry here!!! The staff ALL of them are excellent people!!! I loved each and every one of them. The place is clean and neat. WAY better than any place I've ever been for help. They REALLY REALLY HELP YOU!!!! I LOVE THEM ALL!!!!

Safe Haven has been a very supportive family to me...

Safe Haven has been a very supportive family to me during my time of crisis. Without their love and support things could not have been a smooth transition for me. A special blessing to Marena, Donna, and Toni, yall held my hand through the process and I appreciate each of you. Merry Christmas!!!
