Safeguard were brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. We had some pest issues in our offices, which they dealt with quickly & very discreetly and the team are lovely!
Extremely bad customer service. When I said I am going to write a review about this to the person on customer services she just told me to go ahead. She also did not allow me to talk to a manager to resolve the issue. It is clear she doesn t care that much about resolving the problem! Avoid this company at all cost. They don t event deserve a one star!
Excellent service throughout. James and Ryan came to deal with pigeons getting into the eaves in our Victorian house. They were on time, professional and thorough. We called them back twice to do additional work (from the inside) and they arrived the same day. Could not fault the service at all. Highly recommended.
Safeguard have provided the exact level of service and professionalism we needed in our office block. They handle all of our pest control and the technicians that visit are always very friendly and informative. They have also attended multiple times on call outs including weekends and even the same day. We will be recommending this company to our sister offices for their commercial pest control.
Great service from the initial phone call I made, It was a great price for such a smooth service to have the spiders removed, I was worried that they would come back and the haven't yet which is a bonus.
The contact free service was great to in these uncertain times, I will be using Safe Guard in the future I just hope not to soon.
