If i could give a negative number in would. SIS denied two of my claims and they are giving me the run around on a third. They don't notify you that they denied your claim and just want for the 1 year deadline to send in anything they need (which you did not know, because noone told you) to pass and then your stuck with a bill from 2 years ago. Horrible customer service. Even the hospital has complained.... #Scam

Great online application experience, access to wholesale for out of the ordinary. Underwriters are amazing to work with. Billing okay, but you have to deal with several entities and they don't talk to each other. They offer sales promotions and we have snagged several gift cards!
